We are teachers and healers with 25 years experience sharing the wisdom teachings of mindfulness.

Mindfulness is an invitation to come back into the moment with a kind attention. The cultivation of awareness is the most essential practice in the realization of a calm and joyful life.  When we wake up in each moment, life is fresh and alive and we can enjoy a greater sense of serenity and ease.

Mindfulness class

Wednesday’s 6:30-8pm in Talent

Weekly mindfulness practice group offered by Ann and Clark

Class will include mindful movement, meditation(sitting or walking), dharma talk and Q&A

Mindfulness meditation practice cultivates a calm mind, increases awareness and helps us integrate the stress of our busy world.

Classes are based in the Insight meditation tradition with the wisdom of all paths embraced.
